You can be incredibly self-aware.
You can understand your patterns, know where some of them come from, and know exactly what you should do differently.
And yet, you still find yourself thinking...
Why am I reacting like this again?
You know you need to have the conversation — but that lump in your throat stops you from saying what you really want to say.
You know that one person's response isn't a rejection of you — but you still feel it deeply.
You know you don't need to keep doing, achieving or proving yourself — but slowing down feels really hard.
Or you know there's more you want for yourself — but as you start moving towards it, something seems to pull you back.
Sometimes insight alone isn't enough.
Because while your mind may understand one thing, your body and nervous system can be responding to something quite different.
Perhaps you've already found ways to manage and try to control those responses. You practise breathwork. You meditate. You go for a run. You rationalise. You reframe.
And those things can absolutely help.
But what happens when the same response keeps coming back?
What if, instead of continually trying to calm it, suppress it or think your way out of it, you became curious about what might be underneath it?

In this masterclass, we'll explore:
Why knowing isn't always enough
Why you can understand a pattern intellectually and still experience the same bodily reaction, and why insight doesn't always translate into change.
Why calming the response isn't always the same as changing the pattern
We'll explore the difference between managing a response and understanding what might be underneath it, so that it can begin to have less of a hold over you.
What becomes possible when we work with the mind and the body
I'll introduce you to a different way of working with these patterns, one that doesn't ask you to override what you're feeling or push it away, but helps you build the capacity to be with it, understand it and create more choice in what happens next.
I'll also guide you through an experiential practice so that rather than simply learning about this work, you can begin to experience the difference for yourself.
Because the aim isn't simply to become better at calming yourself down. It's to reach a point where the old response no longer gets to make so many of your decisions for you.
This is for you if...
You've already done some work on yourself, perhaps through coaching, therapy, mindset work, meditation, breathwork, yoga or simply years of self-reflection.
But despite everything you already know, some of the same patterns and reactions still have a hold over you.
You're curious and ready to explore what might be happening underneath them.
Not just to understand yourself better, but so those old responses can begin to loosen their hold and stop getting in the way of how you want to live, what you want to say and where you want to go next.
This is designed to be experienced, not just listened to.
Join me live and I’ll guide you through the experiential practice in real time, then stay on afterwards for a live Q&A so you can ask questions about anything you’ve noticed.
I’ll also be opening a small number of complimentary follow-up conversations for those who want to explore what this could mean for them personally, with live attendees getting first access to my diary.
Come live, get involved, and give yourself the space to really experience the work.

Hi, I'm Kathleen
Over the past three years, I've worked with hundreds of people through breathwork, workshops, retreats and one-to-one coaching, helping them understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful change in how they feel, respond and live.
My approach brings together my background in Psychology (The Open University) with my experience as a Breathwork Coach (YogaBody/The Oxygen Advantage), Holistic Life Coach and Trauma-Informed Nervous System Coach. I work with both the mind and the body, because while understanding our patterns is incredibly valuable, sometimes thinking our way through them only takes us so far.
I'm particularly interested in what sits underneath the patterns we keep repeatingand how, by creating space to connect with the body and nervous system, we can develop greater awareness, compassion and ultimately more choice in how we respond.
For me, this work isn't simply about helping you manage life better. It's about creating the capacity to experience more of it.
