There are moments in life when change is not just inevitable but necessary. For me, that change came after years in retail management, where I thrived on coaching employees to optimise their effectiveness, build confidence, and reach their goals. I loved the fast pace, the challenges, and the diverse interactions. Coaching had always been a natural part of my work, but I didn’t yet realise it would become my true calling.
After getting married and having children, my priorities shifted. The long hours of retail no longer aligned with the life I wanted to create. I chose to focus on my family, ensuring my children felt valued, supported, and secure in their place in the world.

After getting married and having children, my priorities shifted. The long hours of retail no longer aligned with the life I wanted to create. I chose to focus on my family, ensuring my children felt valued, supported, and secure in their place in the world.
During this time, I transitioned into the early years sector as a childminder. My days were filled with nurturing young minds, fostering their emotional and social development, and ensuring their wellbeing.
Alongside this, I completed my degree in Psychology at The Open University, deepening my understanding of human behavior and the mind.
Initially, I pursued studies in counselling and psychotherapy, believing this was my path. However, through my own experiences with psychoanalysis and deep self-reflection, I understood my passion lay elsewhere. I wanted to empower people in a different way — through proactive transformation, goal-setting, and self-awareness.

This realisation led me to become a Certified Life Coach. Now, I help people move beyond stress, overwhelm, and self-doubt so they can step fully into their potential and live with intention.

Breathwork had been a personal practice for years — woven into my love of yoga, mindfulness, and holistic wellbeing. But as I deepened my understanding, I recognised its immense power for stress regulation, focus, energy, and emotional balance. It became clear that breathwork was the key to unlocking resilience and clarity, not just for myself but for others.
I trained as a Certified Breathwork Coach and Meditation Teacher, and this practice has transformed my life. Breathwork has helped me stay present, improve my sleep, manage stress, and sustain my energy. Now, I guide others to harness the power of their breath to create profound shifts in their lives.
Breathing is the first thing we do when we enter the world, and it remains with us every moment. When we learn to use it intentionally, we unlock new levels of wellbeing, clarity, and empowerment.
I invite you to Breathe and Become—to embrace your breath, regulate your nervous system, and step into the best version of yourself.
If you would like to book a breathwork coaching session or class with me or have any other
