This is my bespoke programme whereby I work with your particular issues. I devise a programme specific to your needs, showing you how your breath can change your nervous state.
By working with me you will develop breath awareness which is fundamental to being able to implement changes. You will have personalised guidance which will highlight which changes you need to make. Most importantly, you will have me on your side which will give you accountability to encourage you to maintain the improved habits you will learn.
We meet either face-to-face or online weekly. I will set you some daily challenges to complete and send you my videos to follow in between sessions.
You will learn what is happening in your body at different times and how you can change your nervous system state by implementing alternative breathing techniques.
