Living Your Intention

A nervous-system-led space to integrate clarity into everyday life

Living Your Intention is a grounding follow-on from intention setting — designed to help you move from clarity into embodied alignment.


Rather than pushing forward or adding more to your plate, this session focuses on integration: how to live what’s already emerging in a way your nervous system can actually sustain.


Each session stands alone, while also naturally building on the last.




What This Session Is About


So often, intentions fade not because we lack commitment — but because the body doesn’t feel safe with the pace or pressure that follows.

This session is about slowing things down just enough to allow intention to become something you live, not something you have to remember or force.

Through breath, reflection, and gentle guidance, we’ll create the internal conditions for alignment to take root.


What We’ll Explore Together


✨ Grounding the nervous system to support sustainable change
✨ Noticing how your intention is landing in the body and in daily life
✨ Identifying what supports alignment — and what subtly pulls you out of it
✨ Clarifying one small, realistic way to live your intention right now
✨ Anchoring clarity through breathwork and embodiment

You’ll leave feeling calmer, more connected, and clearer on how to move forward — without overwhelm or self-pressure.

  • Those who joined the intention-setting session and want to deepen the work
  • Anyone feeling clear in theory, but unsure how to live it day to day
  • Those craving a calmer, more embodied approach to growth and change
  • Anyone wanting to reconnect with themselves and move forward gently

No previous experience is needed.
You’re welcome to join as a one-off or return regularly.
