My name is Kathleen, and it is a privilege to have you here. We complete 25,000 breaths each and every day which happens automatically. We can survive for weeks without food, and for days without water, yet can only survive for a few minutes without air.
Despite this, our breathing is something we pay very little attention to, yet it can have such a powerful impact on our nervous system. Simply by changing the rate at which we breathe, our nervous state can be altered.
As a dedicated breathwork coach and meditation teacher, I blend yoga breathing techniques with scientific insights to provide a personalised experience for each client.
