A personalised four-week breathwork programme to help you understand your breathing, change unhelpful habits and learn practical techniques to support your sleep, energy, focus and everyday wellbeing.
Four weeks of private breathwork coaching | £645
Most of us don't give much thought to how we breathe. And why would we? It's something our body does automatically.
But perhaps some of this sounds familiar...
Because how we breathe can have a significant influence on how we feel. Physically, mentally and emotionally.
And the lovely thing is, sometimes relatively small changes can make a real difference.
Feeling calmer, more energised and more aware of yourself, with greater confidence in how you navigate everyday life.
"Before attending, I struggled with anxiety, stress and frequent episodes of shortness of breath. After just a few sessions, I noticed a profound improvement. The breathing techniques I learned not only help me feel calmer in the moment but have also improved my overall sense of well-being and control in stressful situations.
Kathleen was exception—clear, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She created a safe and supportive environment that made learning these techniques feel approachable and empowering. A true game-changer for my mental and physical health. I can finally breathe deeply again!"
— Bronwen, 1:1 client

I'd practised yoga for years and had often been told to focus on my breath, but I didn't really know what that meant! It wasn't until I began exploring breathwork for myself that I was genuinely blown away by how much difference it could make to how I felt.
There was a sense of energy and aliveness that I hadn't expected. And when I began practising regularly, just a few minutes three times a day, I started noticing other changes too. My sleep improved, I became more aware of my body and I began to understand just how much influence I could have over how I felt.
As I learnt more about my everyday breathing habits, another layer opened up.
It wasn't just about what happened during those few minutes of practice, but how I was breathing throughout the rest of my day.
People often come to breathwork wanting help with one particular thing. But as they begin to slow down and notice their breath, they start noticing other things too.
How they're feeling. The thoughts they're having. The habits they've slipped into.
The way they're responding to situations.
And with that awareness comes something really valuable.
A little more space, and a little more choice.
The opportunity to pause, respond differently and begin making changes in other areas of life too.

Over four weeks, we'll explore how you're breathing, what might be happening in your body and how to work with your breath in a way that supports you.
I'll help you understand the science behind what we're doing and, more importantly, how to put it into practice in your everyday life.
Working with your breath
There are plenty of breathing exercises you can find online. And some of them can be really helpful. (And I share plenty too!)
But knowing a breathing exercise isn't the same as understanding how you breathe, what your body needs, or how to make changes that last.
That's where highly personalised coaching makes such a difference.
We'll explore your individual breathing habits, what's happening in your body and what you'd like to change. From there, we'll build a practice around you, choosing techniques that are appropriate for your needs and helping you develop healthier breathing habits that fit naturally into your everyday life.
There are two parts to the work we'll do together.
Relief when you need it
Learn breathing techniques you can turn to again and again when you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, struggling to sleep or needing a little more energy and focus.
Together, we'll find the techniques that work best for you, so you're not left wondering what to practise or when.
You'll learn how to use your breath to:
Change that becomes second nature
Alongside these techniques, we'll look at how you're breathing throughout the rest of your day, often without even realising it.
Through Your Breath Snapshot™, we'll explore individual breathing habits, identify patterns that may be affecting how you feel and work on gradual changes to help your breathing become more efficient, comfortable and less effortful.
Because the aim isn't to have you thinking about your breathing all day. Quite the opposite.
It's to help you develop healthier breathing habits that gradually become second nature, so you're not relying solely on techniques to manage how you feel.
The two work hand in hand. Practical tools when you need them, and healthier breathing habits that support you throughout the day.
“Kathleen is incredibly knowledgeable and shares her expertise and insights about how our breath impacts on our nervous system in a manner that is easy to understand.
I have learned a few really useful breathing techniques that I can easily incorporate into my busy lifestyle as a working mum to either energise or balance my body and mind.”
— Susie, 1:1 client
We'll start by understanding your current breathing habits, what you'd like help with and what you'd like to change.
Your Breath Snapshot gives us a starting point. From there, I'll guide you through a combination of breathing retraining and practical breathwork techniques, carefully chosen for you.
Each week, we'll review your progress, build on what's working and adapt your practices to suit you.
You'll also receive a brief, personalised check-in between sessions, to see how you're getting on and encourage you to keep up your practice.
Throughout our four weeks together, we'll build Your Breath Library — your own collection of techniques and practices selected for your needs, so you know what to turn to and can continue using them independently.
You'll have the time, guidance and accountability to help make these changes part of your everyday life.
“Kathleen explains everything clearly and is flexible in tailoring sessions to meet her clients' needs. After completing the programme, I feel more equipped to manage stress and anxiety simply through the power of breath.
I highly recommend the programme, the 4-week structure allows plenty of time to practice and truly embed breathwork into your routine.”
— Mati, Breathwork for Wellbeing participant
Guidance on continuing your practice independently.
In person, online or a combination of both.
Four weeks is our starting point. For some people, that's enough to continue confidently on their own. For others, we can explore further support and continue building on what we've started.

I'm a Breathwork & Holistic Life Coach, and my own experience of breathwork completely changed how I understood the connection between my body, mind and how I felt.
I was so struck by the difference that a regular breathwork practice made that I wanted to understand the science behind it, and more importantly, how I could help other people experience those changes too.
That curiosity led me to train as a breathwork coach, building on my background in psychology and my interest in how our nervous system influences the way we feel and respond.
And having now supported hundreds of people through private sessions, classes and workshops, I still find it incredibly rewarding to see what can happen when someone begins to understand and work with their breath.
Your Breath — Four-Week Private Breathwork Programme | £645
Four weeks of personalised guidance to help you understand your breathing, develop healthier habits and learn techniques you can use long after our sessions together.
That's what I'd love to help you work towards over our four weeks together.
Fast forward four weeks…
And knowing that something as simple as changing how you breathe can make a real difference to how you feel.
Do I need any previous experience of breathwork?
Not at all. Whether you're completely new to breathwork or have tried different techniques before, we'll start with where you are and build from there.
How much time will I need to practise between sessions?
A few minutes regularly can be a lovely place to start. We'll find something manageable for you, rather than giving you another thing to squeeze into your day.
Can we work together online or in person?
Both! We can meet online or in person in Beckenham, South East London, or use a combination of the two. Where possible, I like to meet in person for our first session, but the whole programme can be completed online.
What happens after the four weeks?
We'll review how you're getting on and what you'd like to do next. You might feel ready to continue independently, or we can explore further sessions if you'd like ongoing support. There's no obligation to continue.
Ready to explore what Your Breath could do for you?
I'd love to help you get started.
Simply complete a short enquiry form telling me a little about yourself and what you'd like support with.
I'll personally review your enquiry and, if the programme feels like a good fit, send you everything you need to book your place and get started.
Or if you'd prefer to have a quick chat first, you're very welcome to book a complimentary 15-minute call so we can talk about what you're looking for and whether this feels right for you.
